Who being upon Oath Severally say and first the said Chamberlaine
for himself says that a Quantity of Cloth, 2 pieces of Strag, and a
piece of Shalloon
, now produced were feloniously taken and carried away out
of his house, and the said Elizabeth Taylor< no role >
for herself Says that
She received all the above mentioned things from the Wife of a person
now present who calls himself John Davis< no role >
and that she pledged them
at the house of a person now present who calls himself John
Andrews< no role >
who himself received from her the said two pieces of shay
and the said two pieces of [..] Cloth, and the said James Dennis< no role >
for himself says that he found the said Cloth, Shalloon and Stray
in the house of the said John Andrews< no role >
by Virtue of asearch Warrant
and the said Chamberlain for himself Says that he does suspect
and verily believe that the said John Davis< no role >
did feloniously take
& carry away the said Cloth, Strag & Shalloon, and that the
said John Andrews< no role >
did feloniously receive the the said Cloth
and Strag knowing the same to be Stolen
