Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said John
for himself says that last Night about seven or eight o'Clock
he had stolen out of the Room where he lodges at Mr. Hucks's
Brewhouse a Quantity of wearing Apparel of which a Coat
a Waistcoat and a pair of Breeches
now produced is a part,
and the said Thomas Powell< no role >
for himself says that a Person
now present who calls himself John Lewis< no role >
dis this day offer
the said Coat, Waistcoat & Breeches
to him to pledge, and these
Informants further say that they do suspect and verily believe
that the said John Lewis< no role >
did feloniously take and carry
away the said Apparel the property of this Informant John
