One of his Majesty Justices of the Peace
for the said County
and City and Liberty.
Who being upon his Oath Saith, That in the Evening of the
Second day of this Instant December, his said Masters
Shop was feloniously and Burglariously broke open and
Entered by a [..] Man by mean's of breaking for pain of Glass
out of the Window of the said Shop, and from out of the said
Shop was feloniously and Burglariously stolen one Gold
Watch the property of this Informants said Master, and
this Informant further saith, That he has great reason
to suspect and doth suspect that a Man now present who
call's himself Jesper Webb was the Man who broke
open,anEnter'd and stole out of his said Master's shop
the said Gold Watch;on the Informant heard the
said inspect Webb [..]
