Who being upon their seporate OathSay, and first the said
Benjamin Sellwood< no role >
for himself SaithThat about Two Months
ago' a Man now present who calls himself Jesper cameinto
in the Evening into this Informants said Masters Shop and asked
to look at some stockings which being shown him by this Informant
Mistress the said Jesper Webb< no role >
did not agree for the purchase of
any of the said Stockings; Whereupon the said Webb desired
look at some Silk handkerchiefs which being shown him his
said Mistress he the said Webb [..] watched an opportunity of
Snatching up and running away with a considerable Number
of Pieces of Silk Handkerchiefs four of which pieces were
recovered and got back again upon the said Webb's being immed
iately persued which persuit This Informant caused to be made by
running after Webb and Calling out, Stop ThiefAnd this
Informant Eleonar Jones for herself saith, That what is herein
before mentioned by Benjamin Sellwood< no role >
is in every particular
the truth, she being in the Shop at the time the said Webb came
in and did see him Snatch up and Run away with several Peices
of Silk Handkerchiefs the property of her said Master out of
his said Shop
