The Information of Matthew Waites< no role > of North End in the
Parish of Fulham Gardiner Taken before me John Spinnage< no role >
Esquire One of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
County and City and Liberty

Who being upon his Oath Saith, That early in the Morning
of Thursday the Eighth day of this Instant December his
dwelling house situated at North and aforesaid was feloniously
and Burglariously broke open and Entered by some person or persons
and from thence was stolen the following things, To Wit, one
Mans Brown Cloths Great Coat, one Woman's linnen Gown,andone Woman's
Market Cloak and some China and other thingsAnd this
Informant further Saith, That two Man who was are now present
and who call themselves Jesper Webb and Edward Williams< no role > ,
are the two Men whom this Informant hath reason to suspect
and doth suspect [..] were the Two Men who feloniously and
burglariously broke open his said dwelling house

the Parish of Saint Leonard's Shoreditch in the County of
Middlesex Pawnbroker Taken before me John Spinnage< no role >
Esquire One of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County
and City and Liberty

Who being upon his Oath Saith, That a Person now present who calls
himself Jesper Webb did on the 17th of December [..] Instant bring [..]
a Woman's linnen Gown to Pawn with this Informant, which Gown
being now produced is sworn by, Matthew Waite to be his property
And this Informant further Saith, That a person now present who
calls himself Edward Williams< no role > did on the 16th of the same Month.
bring to Pawn with this Informant a Man's Cloth Great Coat, which
being now produced is also Sworn by the said Mathew Wait< no role >
