Who being sevly. on Oaths say & first this Ins
Joseph Terren for himself saith that on Friday
the agt of this Justices Dept. he this Inf & one John
Ward< no role > & Walter Watkins< no role > from present with one
(Thos Bird< no role > & Timothy Rock< no role > not yet apprehended) went togr. with
an Intent to [..] ck as they call it into
Houses & rob the same And according they this
Insr. John Ward< no role > Walter Watkins< no role > Tho Bind &
Timothy Rock< no role > [..] went to the house of the other
Ins. Dignam & Ward got into the Window &
save out of the sd. house to this Inst. two Great
Coates & a Benjan & a Man Hatt And the sd. things
were caused to this Ins Lodging in Maynard street
And the same Eveing this Inst. Bird & Rock
went to Russel street Bloomsbury And the
said Rock opened the Door of the other dept Juge [..] a
Performer & Rock & Bind went in & Rock but out
a Great Coat & Bird brt. out a Clone Coat & a
Pr. of Shoes & after Carrd them to the Room of
this Inst And this Ins further saith that he
