November 1769

Who being upon Oath says that on the Night between the 2nd. &
3d. of November Instant his house in Denmark Street St. Giles's
was feloniously and burglariously broke open and a Silver
Watch and a Quantity of Silver Plate and other things stolen
and also a Pocket Pistol now produced, that he is very sure
the Pocket Pistol now produced is his Property and that it
was stolen from him at the Time aforesaid
