The Information of Thomas Wright< no role > of the Strand
Druggist and John Vaughan< no role > of Burchin Lane
Banker taken before me this 7th day of
December 1768

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Thomas
Wright< no role > for himself saith that upon the 18th. of October last a
Person now present who calls himself Jonathan Hall< no role > published
to this Informt. as true a Warrant or Order for Money now
produced purporting to be the Order of John Smith< no role > upon Messrs.
Fuller and Company for Ten Guineas and farther says that
he now verily believes the said Order to be falsly mark Forged
and Counterfeited and that sd. Hall published it knowing
it to be so with Intent to Defraud And this Informant
John Vaughan< no role > for himself saith that they have two Persons
of the Name of John Smith< no role > who keep Cash at Messrs. Fuller
but that he verily believes the Order produced is not Neither
of their Hand writings but that it is falsly made Forged
and Counterfeited
