Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said John Jacobs< no role >
for himself says that this Evening he being in his Shop perceived
that some person broke the Window and Suspecting that something w [..]
Stolen he run out of the shop immediately and saw some person
running away, and the said William Blaskett< no role >
for himself says
that he was with his Master the said John Jacobs< no role >
in his shop
this Evening when the Window was broke as aforesaid and that
he saw a person now present who calls himself Thomas Pitman< no role >
running away whom he pursued calling out "Stop Thief."
that the said Thomas Pitman< no role >
was stopped by John Jones< no role >
upon which this Informant William Blaskett came up
when he saw the said Thomas Pitman< no role >
throw away a Gold
Box now produced, and the Said John Jones< no role >
for himself
says that When he stopt the Said Thomas Pitman< no role >
he
did not see any other person running away, and
the Said John Jacobs< no role >
for himself further says that
when His Shop Window was broke as aforesaid two Gold Box
were Stolen [..] one of which is the Gold Box now produced
