The Information of Elemar Bevan's now having Servant with Mr.
Nelson of Holland Street in the Parish of Saint Ann 's in the
Liberty of Westminster , Spinster , Taken before one John Spinnage< no role >
Esquire One of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
Counties, City and Liberty

Who being upon her Oath Saith, That Yesterday being Sunday
the Twenty fourth day of this Instant April she this Informant
being then in her bed and Sleeping in the house of Mr Nelson
aforesaid, had taken out of her Pocket then being and or her [..]
[..] Two Pieces of Gold Coin called half Guineas, one
piece of Silver Coin called a Shilling, Lord one White
Muslin handkerchief her propertyAnd this Informant
Saith That he has reason to beleives and Suspect and
doth believes and Suspect that a Person now present who
call's himself Thomas Jones< no role > was the Person that stole
the said money and Handkerchief
