The Information of John
Parkilow

4th. day of April 1768

Who being upon Oath says that he knows Austin Goodwin< no role > a
Cooper, Green Jemitt and William Turner< no role > and hath been
concerned with them in several Felonies, says that on
Monday the 21st. of March last he this Informant the said
Jemitt and Turner Stole out of the Brown Bear< no role > in
Devonshire Street Queen Square on Coat and Waistcoat and
one Surtent Coat, says that said Jamitt and Turner Sold the
Surtont Coat in Monmorth Street and that Informant first
Pawned the Coat and Waistcoat in Chandoise Street then fetched
them out & Sold them to a Man in the Street, Says that about the
same said Jemitt Turner and himself Stolen of the Pocket of
Thompson the Taylor where this Informt. lodged two Guineas a
six Shillings and nine penny piece and a Quarter Guinea and
afterwards eighteen Shillings all which they divided amongst them
also a Shirt a pair of Silver Buckles and a pair of Silk Stockings which
Jemitt Sold, says that about two Months ago they all three
Stole a Tea Chest and some Silver Spoons in Church Court
Saint Martins a Publick House which Jemitt [..] Sold in Covt.
Garden says they also Stole a Tea Chest with Spoons and Tea Tongs
out of a Publick House in Chancery Lane which Spoons & Tongs
Jemitt Sold in Foster Lane and Pawned the Tea Chest at Hall's in
St Martins Lane, Stole [..] from
the Woolpack in Barnaby Street and sold them in Bishophsgate
Street, says that about four Months agoe he and Jemitt Stole a
Silver Tankard from an Alehouse in Wapping and Sold it to a [..]
about six Weeks afterwards Stole a Pint Mugg from Dock head who [..]
was recovered that it is a Widow Woman that keeps the house then
Stole a Tea Chest a Gown a Bowl and a pair of Stockings from
Mr. Day's in Chandoise Street which Gown Jemitt Sold in
Monmouth Street the Bowl in Thomas Street< no role > in Pawned
the Tea Chest some where near St. Martin's Lane
