Who being upon Oath says that being with two others
appointed last Night to Watch several houses in Summerset Street
Mary bone which had lately been stript of Lead, between five
and six o'Clock he this Informant in Company with Thomas
Proud< no role > love saw upon one of the house two Persons rolling up
Lead whereupon he pursued and took one of them who calls
himself James Rainfron and then returned and found
at the same place another Person now present who calls
Patrick Doyle< no role > that Several pieces of Lead appeared to be
removed from the place where it had before been fixed therefore
verily believes that the said Rainfrow and Doyle did
feloniously take and carry away a Quantity of Lead the
property of Philip Howell< no role > Lawrence Cox< no role > and Jos. Crawford< no role >
