The Information of Margaret Maloy< no role >
taken before me this 2nd of March 1768

Who being upon Oath says that she keeps a Sale Shop in
Rosemary Lane and that one Sarah Stack now present lodges
in her house, that in the Night between the 15th. & 16th. of Febru-
-ary last a red Cardinal and a Linen Gown were stolen out of her Shop
that in the night between the 18th. & 19th. February last four
Gowns two Shifts and a Shirt were stolen out of her said Shop
that in the Night between the 19th. & 20th. of February last
a pair of Stays and a Linen Gown were stolen out of her said
Shop and in the Night between the 21st. and 22nd. of February
last a Cotton Gown a Bonnet a Quantity of Crape and
other things were stolen out of her said Shop, that she
had constantly locked her said Shop Door on all the Nights
above mentioned and always found it locked on the Mornings
following, that she has since found that the Key of the Entry
Door which he said Sarah Slack< no role > keeps will open her said
Shop Door, and that she suspects and verily believes that
the said Sarah Slack< no role > has feloniously taken and carried
away the several things above mentioned
