The Information of Henry [..] Quinton< no role >
Margt. Quinton< no role > & David Burnett< no role > taken
before me one of his Majesty Justices of the
peace for the sd County

Who being sevly. on Oath say & first the July Henry.
Quinton
< no role > for himself that on Saturday night this
Inf had in his pocket Ten Guineas andsoonafter
went to bed And a poisonnow Present who calls
himself Tho Thornton< no role > was then present in the Room
and this Inf Margt. Quinton< no role > for herself saith that she
took her Husband Breeches & laid them by her side
and as Soon as the sd. Thornton went out of the Room
then Inf arose but did not move the breeches and
requested all the Men who were then in the Kitchin
(the Saturday being a feast day with them) to depart
which they did with the sd. Thornton with them & then
this Inf went down stains thinking the home safe
when she heard some person walking on a her
head and upon this Inf coming up to the sd Room
she met sd Thornton & shealsasked him what he
did there who sayd be commite tell her of some
moneythehis Master had sent and. Man. & upon this
Inf going into the Room the found the Breeches
had been removed from the place she had left
them & upon Searching the Pocket the found therein
but Eight Gs. And this Inf. Henry Quinton< no role > further
saith there as soon as his Wifewentgot up & went
