These are to Certify That at the Delivery of the Kings Goal of
Newgate holdenin andfor the County of Middlesex at Justice
Hall in the Old Bailey in the Subrubs of the City of London ,
on Wednesday the fourteenth day of May in the Sixth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third now
King of Great Britain France and Ireland Defender of the
Faith before George Nelson< no role > Esquire Mayor of the City of London
Sir Richard Adams< no role > Knight one of the Barons of our said Lord
the King of his Court of Exchequer Sir John Eardly Wilmot< no role >
Knight one of the Justices of our said Lord the King Assigned
to hold Pleas before the King himselfSir Thomas Rawlinson< no role >
Knight of the Aldermen of the said City of London Sir Samuel
Fludgyer Knight and Barond one other of the Aldermen of the
said City of London James Eyre< no role > Esquire Recorder of the said City

and other their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King
Assigned to deliver the Goal of our said Lord the King of
Newgate of the Prisoners therein being Patrick Murphy< no role > late of the
Parish of Saint Schulchre in the County of Middlesex Labourer
According to due Course of Law by a Jury of the County duly taken between our said Lord the King and the said
Patrick Murphy< no role > in that behalf was tried and duly Convicted upon an Indicment for that he on the 15th. day of April in
the Sixth Year afd. with force & Arms at the Parish afd. in the County afd.
was in due [..] Indicted and [..] on the Fifteenth day of April in the Sixth year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third King George< no role > the Third King of
Great Britain & with force and aforesaid at the Parish afd.

Six Gold Rings of the Value of three Pounds
and three Silver Table Spoons of the Value of twenty
Shillings of the Goods and Chattles of Huch Wallaceagt
then and there being found feloniously did steal take & carry away at the
