These are to Certify That at the General Session of
the Peace of our Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said
County on Tuesday theEighthThirteenth day of May
instant Cornelius Gilligin< no role > late of the Parish of Saint
Paul Shadwell Labourer was and stands Indicted for
Felony and Grand Larceny in Stealing Two Hemper
Sacks of the value of Three Pounds of the Goods of
Certain Persons unknown And at the same Sessions
John Goulding< no role > late of the Parish aforesaid Yeoman
was and stands Indicted for Feloniously receiving
the same Goods knowing the same to have been
feloniously Stolen taken and carryed away against the
form of the Statute in such Case made and Provided
To which Indictment they have not nor hath either of themhave a
hath not
as Yet Appeared or Pleaded Dated this
15th. day of May 1766.
