to be Stolen Etc

Be pleased to take Notice that the Court of Sessions Now Holden at
Justice Hall in the old Bailey Will be Moved on Monday Next at Ten of
Clock in the Forenoon (or so Soon After as Counsel can be heard) for
leave thatforthe said Defendant may be Admitted to Baile Conditioned
for his personal Appearance and Surrender to take his Tryal on the
said Indictment in the said Court at the next ensuing Sessions to be held at
the old Bailey aforesaid: And the Names of Such his Intended baile
