seen said Mr. Vestinburgh at the house of Mr. Oliver Partner
with Sir Joshua Vanneck< no role > aforesaid and that he is farther
confirmed in his opinion as well from the Voice as Person
of said Vestinburgh that he is the same Person that had the
Cheques from him as aforesaid, and says that the Person
who had the Cheques as aforesaid spoke low and in broken
English, and this Informant farther says that on account of the
above recited reasons he does suspect that said Vestinburgh was
concerned either in For ging or Counterfeiting the aforesaid
Draft for Four Thousand five hundred pounds or in
publishing as true said Draft knowing the same to be
false Forged and Counterfeited, or that he is in some
respect privy to the same
