The Information of Mr. John Ellill< no role >
Clerk of the Report Office in the
High Court of Chancery

Who being on Oath says that he has examined Writing
now produced by William Hunt< no role > Gent Purporting to beThe
an Office Copy from the Report Office of the Accountant
General Certificate in the said High Court of Chancery
for the Sum of four hundred thirty seven Pounds thirteen
Shillings and seven pence dated the 20th. of Feby 1764
and that he hath also examined another Writing produced
by the said William Hunt< no role > Gent purporting to be another
Office Copy from the Report Office of a Certificate of the
said Accountant General for the Sum of four
hundred sixty seven pounds Eleven Shillings dated the
28th. of January 1765 and this Informant farther says
that he is very certain the aforesaid Writings are false
Forged and Counterfeited and that no Original
Certificates as above described and from which any
such Copys cou'd be taken have been filed in the said
Office
