Side I hereby give you Notice that the Defendant with Surrender
at Justice Hall
in the Old Bayley
To Morrow being the Twenty this & Justice at nine of the Clock
in the forenoon of the same day, and then & there take his Tryal
on the Indictment found against him for receiving Goods, knowing
them to have been stolen Dated this 22d. day of May 1765.
