Informant verily believes wilfully and maliciously to
Shoot at and kill this Informt. and this Informant
says that the Bullett with which the said Gun was
Loaded and which was afterwards found in
the Room passed through a wooden Chimney piece
in the said Room and afterwards through a
Glasses then Grazed the Brick Wall on the same side and
appeare to have struck against another Brick Wall
opposite the said Bed and to have dropt down at the
foot of the said Wall and this Informt. Francis
Lascoe Pewlett says he was present and followed
the said John Thomas< no role > into the said Bed Chamber
and further says that what the said John Thomas< no role >
hath above deposed is in every respect true
