Room when the aforesaid Agreement was made between
said Mulkelt, wood and Edwards, that said Agreement was
wrote by Mulkeltofand Signed by said Edwards after his
Reading of it, says that no Note of hand was ever mentioned
by any one of then, says that some time after said Edward
was gone he saw said Mulkelt tear off the upper part
of the paper which said Edwards had Signed, and Keep the
Lower part with his Name to it
