Who being on Oath says that on Sunday Night last he was decoged
into the House of one Brannon in Saltpetre Bank by Ann Payne< no role >
now present who then and there feloniously Took from this
Informant's Person one Tobacco Box containing one Guinea and
a half in gold, and seven Shillings in Silver his property
