The Informations of Charles Smith< no role > [..] Mary Smith< no role > &
Tobias Dwyer< no role > taken before me one of Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County

Who being Severally upon Oath say and first the said
Charles Smith< no role > for himself says that on Saturday last that a Lock of a Chest of Draws
in a Room in this Informants House was forced and upwards of three
pounds ten Shillings Stolen out of the Sd. Drews and the Informt:
says that a person now presentwaswho Calls herself Mary
Tomkins
< no role > was at the house of this Informant and in the room
where the said Money lay and this Informt: says that the said
Tomkins told this Informant the provning the [..] day his said
Money was Stolen that she had not a farthing of Money but
the said Tomkins came to him about seven o'Clock in the
Evening of the sd: Saturday and paid him first three Shillings and
Six pence and told this Informt: that a Gentleman had given her
five Shillings and Six who had picked her up afterwards she said
it was Brewers Servant, and about an hour afterwards the said
Tomkins came again and paid him Eighteen Pence more [..] and then said
she had got two Shillings from a Butchers Boy who she had
left in a Baudy House and several other Accounts she hath
since given how she came by the Money she had paid to this
Informt: and gave to the above said Tobias Dwyn< no role > , And the
saidSarah Mary Smith< no role > for herself says that she left the sd: Tomkins
in her House when this Informt: went out on Saturday last and
says that her Draws were Safe when she went out and she stayed
about an hour and directly upon her Coming home she perceived
her draws had been opened and she missed the said Money And
the said Tobias Dwyer< no role > for himself say, that the said Tomkins
had no money on friday Night last as she told him and the
next Evening about nine Clock she brought this Informt: a Shirt
and a Neckcloth which she said she had bought for him and
gave this Informant half a Guniea and upon this Informt:
asking her how she Came by the sd: Money she Said that she
had met with a Man from whom she had got the said Money
and the said Charles andSarah Mary Smith< no role > for themselves further
say
