The Information of James Roach< no role > taken before
me one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
Said County.

Who being on Oath says that about
ten o Clock last night as this Informt. was drinking in a Public House
in Dyot Street one Hannah Saunders< no role > a person now
present Came and Sat down upon this Informants
Knee and this Informt. had at the time of the said
Saunder's Sitting down upon his Knee Seven Shillings
and Six pencein a purse and this Informt: says
that during the time this Informant had the Said
Saunders upon his Knee the Sd: Purse and Money was
Stolen from him And this Informt: Says that no other
person was near him to take the said Purse and
Money from him but the said Saunders and this
Informant says that he verily beleives that the Sd.
Saunders is the person that Stole his Sd: Money &
Purse and no other person Whatsoever.
