The Information of Henry Wilmot< no role > of Grays Inn in the
County of Middlesex Esqr . taken Me one of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County

Who being on Oath Saith that he and his Wife live in the house of his Wifes
Mother in Law Mrs. Elizabeth Morris< no role > This name instance is in set 1336. in Great Queen Street in the
Parish of St Giles in the Fields in the said County And that the Family were
thereout of Town fromthe beginning ofthe latter end of August last to the
beginning of February last And this Informant saith that during the absence of
the Family One Enamelled Snuff Cox The Case of a Gold Watch and Some
Frinkets belonging to the Watch Several breadths of a Pink and Silver Suit
of Cloths a Black Silk Sack and Apron a Brown flowered Velvet Coat and
Breeches and an Embroidred Waistcoat were Stolen out of the house of the said
Elizabeth Morris< no role > This name instance is in set 1336. And this Informant further Saith that the said SnuffCox
Watch case and Frinkets Black Silk Sack and Apron Coat Breeches
and Apronnow Produced to this Informant by Richard Monk< no role > Servant to Thomas
Bybie
< no role > Pawnbroker are all (Except the Coat Waistcoat and Breeches) the Property
of this Informant and Stolen as aforesaid And the said Coat Waistcoat and Breeches
are the Property of Mr. Valentine Morris< no role > And this Informant Saith that Margaret
Chalmers
< no role > now Present was Servant to the said Elizabeth Morris< no role > This name instance is in set 1336. as Cook and
was left in the house during the absence of the Family
