The Information of Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of
John Keyan< no role > taken before me one of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
aforesaid

Who being upon Oath saith That on Monday after Twelfth day last past
This Informt. told over Twenty five pounds wanting Six pence in Gold &
Silver which Money this Informt. put into a Place where the money
is Usually kept And the same day this Informt. sent in her Maid
Servant one Margt. Morrison< no role > into the Room where the said Money
was put & when the said Morrison came out of the Room she
made an Excuse to go out of the House and the said Morrison
absconded from her Service directly And this Informt. saith that on
Wednesday after the aforesd. Twelfth Day this Informt. told over the
said Money & found taken away therefrom. Three Guineas in Gold
and some Silver And this Informt. charging the said Morrison on
Monday last which was the first time of her seeing her after her
leaving her place as aforesd. with Stealing the said Three Guineas
and Silver she Confessed in the hearing of Several Persons that she
had Stolen Two Guineas & a half of the said Money but refused to
Acknowledge any more.
