Who being upon Oath saith That [..] This Morning about Nine of
the Clock a Person now Present who Calls herself Jane Aubery< no role >
Came to this
Informants Masters shop to fetch some things out of Pawn &
at the time the said Jane was in the Shop there lay on the
Counter One Shirt and Neckcloth which Hurt and Neckcloth
this Informant miss'd some short time after the Departure of the sd.
Jane And upon Enquiryonfound the said Shirt & Neckcloth the Pawn'd
at one Mary Pawn's Widow
And this Informt. further Saith that the
Shirt & Neckcloth now Produced by John Melvell< no role >
is the said Shirt
and Neckcloth stolen from this Informts. MasterAnd
