And first the said Standish Cane for himself saith that the
said Christian Streeter< no role >
now lyes very ill with the Small pox
at her Lodging at Mr. Hatchetts in Piccadilly
Attended with
a fever And this Deponent Saith that he Attends the said Christian
Streeter< no role >
as her Apothecary
in this her Illness and that she
cannot Possibly Attend the Tryall of this Cause without greatly
endangering her life And the said John Streeter for himself
saith that the prosecutrix is the most material Witness in the
Tryal of the said Indictment without whose Testimony she cannot
with safety proceed thereon.
