Death, Do, upon their Oath, say, That The said

Fourth Day of August in the Year aforesaid being Sailing in an open Boat on The
River Thames
It so happened That by a sudden Gust of Wind the said Boat
over set and sunk into the River aforesaid By means whereof he the said Francis
Skeel the Younger was in the waters of the said River then and there suffocated
and drowned Of which said Suffocation and Drowning he the said
