on Board a Ship called The Jenny
then lying on The River Thames
near The Tower
of London And being endeavouring
to put an Hammock upon the Main Stay of the said Ship It so happened
That he the said

then and there accidentally casually and by Misfortune
fell from the said Ship into The River aforesaid And was in the Waters thereof
