St. Giles in the Fields
Par & Co afsd being an Infant of the Age of 4 Yrsbeing with anor Childand in a Certain
Room in a Certain Dw Ho then in the Possion of one Josh Dellaway< no role > Sit in
the Par of St. Giles afsd. & Co afsd& there being a fire in the sd RoomIt so happened that
she ye sd. A Mc. C
Accidentally Casually & by Misfortunethe sd A CStanding near unto
the sd. Fire side in ye sd Room the Cloaths other ye sd A Mc. C. which she the sd A Mc C then & there had on her Body Caught fire
accidentally casually & by Misfortune took fire
by Reason whereof & from the Smoke & [..] flame Arising from the sd
Cloaths so being on fire as afsd she the sd A C was then & there Suffocated &
burnt of which sd Suffocation & Burng she the sd A C then & there Instants
died
