That me Person or Persons to the Jurors assd as yet unknownto the sd. New Born
Not having ye fear of God before his her or their Eyes but being moved &
reduced by ye mistigation of ye Devil on ye. 3d. day of May in ye Year afsd.
with force ye Arms at ye par. afsd. in ye [..] assd. in & upon ye sd. New born
Male Child in the peace of God & of an sd. Lord ye thing this & there being [..]
wilfully & of his or this Ma [..] before thos did unabyd and
did then & more takeassault and that the sd personer persons to ye Jurors assd as yet
Male Child in this her or thing Handy Spether New Born Male Child into a Certain Bond of
unknown him ye sd New born Male Child did then & there take into his har or their
hands and him the 5 New born Male Child into a certain pond of Water

& being near & adjoining unto certain Common things Highway set & being
in the Pas Hol. assd then & there feloniously Wilfully & of his her or their malice afore thought did

of which sd. Casting & Knowing of ye sd. New born Male Child.
into the sd. pond of water as afsd.

Violently Last & throw by meanswhereofhe the sd New Born Male Child in the Waters of

the sd Pond was then & there Suffocated & Drowned of which sd. Sufforan & Drowns he the sd New

Born Male Child did then & there Instantly die And so the Jurors afsd upond

their Lath assd. sd. do Say that the sd. Psoner Psons to the Jurors afsd as yet unknown
