Deponent had ran) went over his Thigh and quite over
his Body and the hind Wheel on the same Side did
likewise. Deponent screamed out and somebody
else called out and Deponent thinks just before the
wheels went over the deceased but as it Snowed
very hard at that time and leat against the Horses
and Coachman who held his head down with
his half lapped to prevent the Snow beating in his
face. he could not see the deceased 'till the Accident
had happened and upon the people who were near
crying out The Coachman stop't his Horses. and looking
back & seeing the deceased got up and fall down again as in a fit and somebody pick up the deceased he
went onbutSaith that the person (a young woman) who picked
up the deceased took him Home to his Fathers
House from whence on Tuesday the next Day he
was taken to the Middlesex Hospital where he
from the bruises he received.
continued tillThursdayWednesday last and then died about
Three o'Clock in the afternoon and about nine o'Clock
andhis body was brought to his Fathers House.
