allways had been upon the most friendly Terms and
that when the Accident happened Deponent was
in any Lords House and upon going back to the
Room where the deceased lay he examined him
but did not observe any particular [..] marks
of violence upon him as at that time Mr.
Spence the Surgeon was in the Room and deceased

his Lips blacks and other appearances to be
a person just Deadhe immediately bled

in such laws. near half a first upon moving the
Body. a considerable Quantity of Beer or other Liquor from
from his Month which shawed he had been
drinking and by what Church told this
