That ye sd. Elizth. on Infant being of ye Age of 12 Years & Smith a Daughter in Law to one John Starr< no role >
of the Genl. post Office & living with him on ye 18th. Feb in ye 26th. at Hoxton
year afsd. from ye sd who of the sd. John Starr< no role > sitl in the
from of St Leond. Shoreditch in ye Co. afsd. did Clope and the [..] the sd. 18th. day of Feb at ye from of [..] Mary [..] in ye [..] afsd. [..]
not Come 7 years of discretion to [..] right & wrong & there [..] the dread & fear of some Corporal punishment from the sd. John
Starr in case she should Returned to his sd. Dur: he She the sd.
E.S. intothe Waters of yea certain River called ye New River
sitl. & being in ye pan. & Co. last afsd. did cast & threw herself.
by means of [..] Casting & throwing of herself ye sd. E. [..] into ye.
sd. River as afsd. She ye sd. E S. in ye Waters of ye sd. River was
then & there suffocated is drowned of whide ye. Suffocation &
drowning She ye sd. ES. then & there instantly died And so.
the Jurors afsd upon their oath afsd. do say that She ye sd. E.F.
there dread fear & in manner by ye means& this ye [..] afsd. came to her
Death And not otherwise In Witnesse.
