Whereupon he immediately went into the House with
several other persons who had assembled and having
[..] red a Knife cut the deceased down. who
appeared to this Deponent quite Cold and Stiff
as it was then Nine o Clock in the Morning
Deponent apprehends he must have living
himself the Night before

Victualler Upon his Oath Saith That the
deceased was this Deponents Brother in Law by
Marriage and his Name John Wynne< no role > That he
has not seen or heard of him for [..] Months
past That he was very much addicted to
Drinking and had been so for several Years
and was at times In same with Liquor that
he lost his Place as a Gentlemans Servant
occasioned by Drinking and believes he
had made away with all the property he had
