the twenty first day of February instant was
continued ill from the bruises and injury the reced
by the Accident before mentioned and on that Day
died.

Upon his Oath That on the third day of November on
the Earing he was went for to the deceased whom
he found in a Rowing State of Mind with a violent
compound fracture in her right day which he
reduced and also found that She had received
several bruises and one very longe one upcoulier
back whichfromproduced a Mortification
and in consequence thereof she languished until
the Twenty first instant when she died thereof and
Deponent is of Opinion that the bruise on her
back [..] together with the other bruises
and fracture were the Came of her Death.
