That. John House< no role > late of the par. & Co. afd. Carter. on ye 2s.
day of Feby. in ye Year afsd. at ye par. & in ye Co. afsd. in a certain
pub. Street & things Highway there called Half and Lane being
negligently driving a certain Brick Cart with two Wheels loaded with
Cinders and On. by 2 Horses It so happd. that ye sd. RP. being
in ye Foot path of ye sd. pub. Street & things Higway called Half and
Lane afsd. was by two Dogs then & there at Play. then & there
accidentally casually & by Misfortune forced into ye sd. Highway
to ye Ground under ye sd. Cart. and ye sd. Cart so loaded as afsd. was
then & thereby ye sd. Houses violently forced & drawn to & agt: ye.
sd. R. P. & ye off Wheel of ye sd. Cart so drawn & loaded as afsd. did
accidentally casually & by misfortune violently go upon & pass
over the Head of ye sd. RP. by means whereof be the sd: RP.
did then & there receive one Mortal wound & fracture of ye Skull
of him ye sd. RP. of which sd. Mortal Wound & fracture of ye. Skull
he sd. RP. did than & there instantly die And so ye Jur. afsd: upon
they Oath afsd. do say that be ye sd. RP. in manner & lay ye means
afsd. accidentally casually & by Misfortune came to his Death
and not otherwise And that ye Off Wheel of ye sd. Cart was moving
