[..] taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at [..] Sepulchre
[..] in the County of Middlesex , the Tenth Day of [..] 22d. Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the third, by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, KING, Defender of
the Faith, Etc. before Edward Umfreville one of the Coroners of Our said Lord
the KING, for the said County, on view of the body of a Man unknown
then and there lying dead, upon the oath of William Hillcker< no role > , Robert
Fillingham
< no role > , Edward Pewter, Samuel Kemp< no role > , Thomas Powell< no role > , Jeremiah

good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law required, and who being then and there duly sworn
and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said Man unknown
came to h is Death, Do upon their Oath say, That the said Man unknown
on the Seventh Day of October in the Year aforesaid was found dead in the
Parish and County aforesaid That the said man unknown had not any mark
of Violence appearing about him But died through Want And not by any violent
ways a means whatsoever to the Knowledge of the said Jurors

In Witness whereof, as well as the said Coroner, as the said William Hillcker< no role > the Foreman of
the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows, in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their
Hands and Seals the Day and Year first abovementioned
