An Inquisition indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at the parish of [..]
in the County of Middlesex , the twenty second Day of July in the 22nd. Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the third , by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, KING, Defender of
the Faith, Etc. before Edward Umfreville< no role > one of the Coroners of Our said Lord
the KING, for the said County, on view of the body Eleanor Wise< no role >
then and there lying dead, upon oath of Henry Greenhill< no role >
Joseph Hill< no role > Richard Carter< no role > Richard Clark< no role > John Bond< no role > , William Spurre< no role >
Henry Batt< no role > John Crew< no role > William Fryars< no role > Francis Elkins< no role > John Winter< no role >
John Bunkett< no role > and John Linford< no role >

good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law required, and who being then and there duly sworn
and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said Eleanor Wise< no role >
came to h er Death, Do upon their Oath say, That The said Eleanor Wise< no role >
on the Twenty first Day of July in the year aforesaid accidentally casually
and by Misfortune against the Corner of a Dresser in the Dwelling House
of William Giggs< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. situate in the parish and County aforesaid By Means
she the said Eleanor Wise< no role > then and there received One Mortal Contusion in and
upon the Small of her the said Eleanor Wise< no role > of which said Mortal Contusion
she the said Eleanor Wise< no role > then and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said Eleanor Wise< no role > in Manner and
by the Means aforesaid accidentally, casually and by Misfortune came to her Death
and not by Means of any Hurt, Injury a Violence received from John Hill< no role >
or any other Person To the Knowledge or Notice of the said Jurors
In Witness whereof, as well [..] the said Coroner, as the said Henry Greenhill< no role > the Foreman of
the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows, in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their
Hands and Seals the Day and Year first abovementioned
