the Faith, Etc. before Edward Umfreville one of the Coroners of Our said Lord
KING, for the said County, on view of the body of Thames [..] lly
then and there lying dead, upon the oath of James Hodgson, Joseph
Nourses, David Porter< no role > , Wiliam Willis< no role > , John Edmondson< no role > , Charles Wrenn< no role > , James
Birrell

Samuel Bearcroft< no role > , William Newman< no role > and John Aldis< no role >

good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law required, and who being then and there duly sworn
and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said Hannah Connelly< no role >
came to h er Death, Do upon their Oath say, That the said Hannah
Connelly on the Ninth Day of February in the year aforesaid departed
this Life by the visitation of God in a Natural way to wit of a Fever and
not otherwise.

In Witness whereof, as well as the said Coroner, as the said James Hodgson< no role > the Foreman of
the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows, in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their
Hands and Seals the Day and Year first abovementioned
