Susannah Wife of James Perry< no role > of Earl Street
Cordwainer maketh oath that last Wed. night about
twelve oClock Dept heard the deced passing day the street
calling the hourThat she went to her door, and she saw
the deced in his our house on the opposite side of the way
the heard him blespheme his eyes & his Wife who was sitting
on a Chair desired him not to make an of such expressions
That a few other and passed between them, but n't very
wild manner by the Wife.that Dept saw him put his hand
in his pocket and take out a pistol which alarmed her and
she wort into her out house, but before she could well that the
[..] she heard the report of a pistol-That his wife screamed
out, and presently afterwards the last Witness Mr. Chapel
went into the deced house.
