without in London aforesaid on the thirty first day of July in
the thirty seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and
Ireland King Defender of the faith and so forth

chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

came to his death say upon their oath that the said

on the twenty ninth day of July in the year aforesaid
at the parish and Ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid threw a quantity of water from and out of a pail which he the said

then and there had and held in both his hand at against and upon a certain woman whose name to the
Jurors aforesaid is unknown And that the said woman whose name to the Jurors aforesaid is unknown did then and there
take hold of the said Bail and attempt to wrest it from and out of the hands of him the said

And that the said woman whose name to the Jurors aforesaid is unknown did presently loose her hold
of the said pail and that the said

being then and there violently pulling the said pail did himself
force it to and against his own Stomach by means whereof the said

did then and there
accidentally casually and by misfortune receive one mortal bruise in the Stomach of him the said
Peter Degoyer< no role >
of
which said mortal bruise he the said
Peter Degoyer< no role >
did then and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon
their oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually
and by misfortune came to his death and not otherwise In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
Jurors to this Inquisition have hereunto set their hands and seals the day year and place first above written.
