aforesaid who being now here
duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when
how and in what manner the said

came to his death
say upon their oath that the said

on the twentieth day of June
in the year aforesaid being in a certain boat then lying on the River of Thames
there
situate It so happened that the said

accidentally casually and by
misfortune fell from and out of the said boat into the said River and in and with
the Waters of the said River was then and there suffocated and drowned of which
said suffocation and drowning the said

did then and there
dieAnd so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually
and by misfortune came to his death and not otherwise. In Witness whereof
