the parish of Saint Botolph Billingsgate
in the Ward of Billingsgate
in London aforesaid on the first
day of February in the thirty sixth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the faith and so forth

on view of the body of a Woman whose name to the Jurors is unknown
now here lying dead by the oath of

and lawful men of the City of London
aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and
charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said
Woman
unknown came to her death say upon their oath that the said woman
unknown on the twenty eighth day of January in the year aforesaid at the parish and Ward
aforesaid in London
aforesaid was sick and diseased in her body of which said Sickness
and disease the said woman unknown on the said twenty eighth day of January in the year
aforesaid at the parish and Ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid did die And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said Woman unknown by the visitation of God died
a natural death and by no violent means or manner whatsoever In Witness whereof as
well the said Coroner as the said
