Inquisition taken the 2d. Decemr. 1795
on Hugh Martin< no role > who was accidentally
forced to & against the Ground by a
wooden Yoke fastened to the pole of a
certain Mill and to which Yoke a
certain Horse working the said Mill
was fastened and while down on the
Ground the two Horses working the said
Mill passed upon and over him so that his
collar bone was broken & he received a
mortal bruise in and upon his Stomach
of wch mortal fracture & bruise he died
