the Fleet
maketh Oath that he hath known the deceased

[..] between three and four Months that he
was also a Prisoner for Debt in the said Prison. Debt has slept
with the deced about three weeks that about a fortnight back
the deced was taken with a violent Skivering since which
time he has been declining and drooping and has had a
Fever on him ever since that he continued to get worse
dailey and confined to his Bed part of the time until
Sunday and afternoon [..] last about one OClock when on Dept. going into the Room
he found the deced deced that he was then warm and Dept.
understood the had expired after Minutes before that some
of the deceds Relations were in the Room with himthat
a Medical Gentleman
a Prisoner
in the Prison attended
the deced during his illness.
