maketh Oath that yesterday morning bet 10 & 11 o'clock the
such the deced whom the had known several years near Temple
bar, and the spoke to him, & in the course of their conversation
together he told Dept that he was not very well, that he had hurt
his Head much by a lead he had carried a his Head, and he put
his hand to his head several timessays the appeared to dept
to be sober.
