a little Boy about five years of ageaboutbetween two &
three Years That between five & six in the Evening of
Wednesday last Dept. saw aDungcartstandloaded & drawn with me
Horse standing in New street opposite the end of Fountain
Court in which Court the decedlived with his Father &Mother
lived That a Cart loaded with Dung passed by the other Cart
that some alarm being made Dept. looked round & saw a Man
with the deced in his Arms Dept. went to the Man &
took the deced from him & carried it to its Mother
Dept. delivered the deced to his Mother that he bled very
much at his Nose Month & Eyes & every part of his Head
That soon after a Doctor came & examined the deced That
soon after the deced departed this Life

Maketh oath that between five & six in the Evening of Wednesday
last Dept. having heard a Child cry out looked out of his Window & saw a little Boy (the deced)
[..] by on the Pavement at the end of Fountain Court in New
Street
aforesaid That a Cart loaded with Iron was standing
opposite the Court & another Cart loaded with Dung was
passing along at the same time & forced the Cart loaded with
Iron against the [..] Corner of the Court by which means
Dept. supposes the deced was squeezed between the coroner of the
Court & the tail of the Cart.
